Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to resell the product, we may charge for this depreciation.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info.luxhub@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
